The Association of Basketball Clubs (ACB) is the entity that manages the most important professional basketball league in Spain and one of the most prestigious in Europe: the Endesa League. With more than 40 years of history, the ACB has produced some of the best basketball players in the world and is a benchmark in professional sports management.

The organization not only manages the Endesa League, but also other iconic tournaments such as the Copa del Rey and the Endesa Super Cup, events that bring together the country's best teams in competitions that attract the attention of millions of fans. The ACB has been characterized by its constant innovation, pioneering the implementation of new technologies to improve both the competition and the fan experience.

    Version 8.1 introduced an innovative Stories system that presents the most spectacular plays of the day in a vertical format.   • Interactive Voting System

    Fans now actively participate in important league decisions through the voting system for official awards. The selection of the Movistar MVP, for both the Copa del Rey and the Endesa League, has become a participatory process that directly involves the fan community, strengthening their connection to the competition.

    The app includes a quiz system on the current events, history, and key players of ACB basketball that goes beyond mere entertainment. This gamified system offers the chance to win special prizes, encouraging basketball knowledge and rewarding the league's most committed fans.

At ACB, we wanted to modernize and optimize our official app. By working with Mecexis, we were able to achieve a very satisfactory final result, in line with the historic institution we represent and what fans needed.
