Vamp

Everyone at Mecexis has a speciality. Vamp’s is managing human resources. By which he means us.

He has delegated design, development and meetings to four reasonably well-trained people. He keeps the strategic decisions for himself, such as where to sleep and when a hand should leave the keyboard for a more important task.

People, at his service

His management style is direct. If he needs something, he asks. If we fail to respond, he asks again. He does not work to deadlines, but expects his own to be met immediately.

He monitors human availability, makes sure we never concentrate for too long and reminds the team that a chair occupied by a cat is no longer an available chair.

An impeccable track record

He has never written a line of code and has no plans to start. He has, however, secured a corporate portrait, his own page and a technical team at his service. All without replying to a single email.
